World-Wide After-Sales service

A world-wide after-sales service arrangement is just one of the many advantages that goes hand in hand with a door from DAN-doors. No matter when or where you need assistance, our well trained team of technicians is at your service.

In Great Britain, Germany and Sweden we have permanent teams stationed with their own service vans. And to service our customers in the rest of the world we have established a "flying team" that is to your disposal when you need assistance.

Strengthening of the international service department at DAN-doors a-s 

Based on a wish to strengthen our level of service towards our large international customer base, we have appointed our service manager Bent Nielsen to be responsible for all international service activities.

The functions of Bent Nielsen will be problem solving in close relation with our international customers and subsidiary companies. From his base at DAN-doors in Denmark, he will be supporting customers and their service staff direct, but also our own sales organisation.  

We see the above mentioned change as a significant strengthening of the DAN-doors service department, towards the goal of offering our customers the highest possible level of service.
